Villa, Disney, Florida
Swimming Pool and Spa
The swimming pool is 28 feet long, 14 feet wide, 3 feet and at the shallow end and 5 feet at the deep end.
For most of the year it is heated by solar energy, for which there is no additional charge. From November to February, pool heat by electric heat pump is recommended. We make a charge of $20 (+tax) per day for this. You may, of course, request heat by electric heat pump at any time of the year, but be aware that there is a charge for this.
Please note that a cover for the swimming pool and spa has been provided.
The temperature of the water will cool down at least 5 degrees each night if the pool is not covered, so we recommend that you cover the pool and spa each night, especially if you like to use the pool in the morning.
Covering the pool takes just a few minutes with 2 people.
There is a plentiful supply of bath and hand towels, pool towels, crockery, cutlery (silverware) and glasses.
The air conditioning is very effective. However, in order for it to work to its maximum, doors and window should remain shut. If, for example, you leave the door to the pool open, you will find that the kitchen / family room area warms up very quickly on a hot day, so please remember to close the door each time you enter or exit.
Please remember that this is a self catering holiday. There are several supermarkets in the nearby area. A large 24hour Walmart store is located between the agents and the house, or there is Publix opposite the agent’s office. Beyond the entrance to Sunrise Lakes, there is also a Sweetbay supermarket.
There are several restaurants within a few minutes drive (or walk) and nearby services include pharmacies, doctors, post office, banks, gas stations, and other facilities, including a library.
The local managing agents provide an excellent service and in the unlikely event that you should experience any problems with the villa during your stay, will be on hand to solve them.
